GET FIT FAMILY PLAN:
- No soda.
- Little amounts of carbed sugar.. Ex: Flour, rice, beans, pasta ext...
- 1 gallon of water a day = 4 quartz = 16 cups
- Only grilled Chicken and Fish
- No pork, no beef.
- Vegetables, vegetables, vegetable, fruit, fruit, fruit
- Exercise at LEAST 30 minutes each day, six days a week.
- Don't quit.
- Do the work.
- Loose weight and have fun!
Todays workout was pretty low key which I was upset about. I only ran for 20 minutes, though in my defense I had made plans to go to the park to workout which fell threw. I am still proud of the little work I did do. I plan to push it to the limit tomorrow though. Keepin it up!
