My legs and butt cheeks hurt like a mug. My sister says her butt cheeks hurt just the same, maybe even more. I'm pretty impressed with myself. I should become a workout trainer, I mean if i can cause this much pain from a few workouts... It must mean i have some skill :)
The other day my dad showed me this song, Let the Bodies Hit the Floor. Its since played 3 times randomly upon searching the interwebs. Crazy huh. Here is the link. I'm not a big heavy metal fan but this could be a good music source encourage in your workout.
