I've got my Glutes on lock!!

DAY 6:
Ran on level 17 on my Ellipcal for 15 minutes
Butt Kicks - 45s on, 30s off, 30s on, 15s off, 15s on
Mountain Climbers - 45s on, 30s off, 30s on, 15s off, 15s on
Run in Place - 45s on, 30s off, 30s on, 15s off, 15s on
Air Squats - 45s on, 30s off, 30s on, 15s off, 15s on
Bicycles - 45s on, 30s off, 30s on, 15s off, 15s on
Sit Ups - 45s on, 30s off, 30s on, 15s off, 15s on
Dips - 15, rest, 10, rest, 5
Pushups - 5, rest, 4, rest, 3, rest, 4, rest, 5 rest
55 Jumping Jacks

Yesterday was a HARD workout. Today I am sore in my Hamstrings, Gluteus Maximus, and Quadriceps. Man oh mann it feels good!

I just wanna say, THANK YOU Kanye!

Kanye's New Workout Plan.

1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and get them sit ups right and tuck your tummy tight and do your crunches like this. Give H**d, stop breath get up check your weave...

GET FIT FAMILY PLAN:
  1. No soda.
  2. Little amounts of carbed sugar.. Ex: Flour, rice, beans, pasta ext...
  3. 1 gallon of water a day = 4 quartz = 16 cups
  4. Only grilled Chicken and Fish
  5. No pork, no beef.
  6. Vegetables, vegetables, vegetable, fruit, fruit, fruit
  7. Exercise at LEAST 30 minutes each day, six days a week.
  8. Don't quit.
  9. Do the work.
  10. Loose weight and have fun!
Todays workout was pretty low key which I was upset about. I only ran for 20 minutes, though in my defense I had made plans to go to the park to workout which fell threw. I am still proud of the little work I did do. I plan to push it to the limit tomorrow though. Keepin it up!

Let the Bodies hit the FLOOR!

I woke up sooo sore today!!

My legs and butt cheeks hurt like a mug. My sister says her butt cheeks hurt just the same, maybe even more. I'm pretty impressed with myself. I should become a workout trainer, I mean if i can cause this much pain from a few workouts... It must mean i have some skill :)

The other day my dad showed me this song, Let the Bodies Hit the Floor. Its since played 3 times randomly upon searching the interwebs. Crazy huh. Here is the link. I'm not a big heavy metal fan but this could be a good music source encourage in your workout.
